We hope you've had a wonderful Christmas and New Years despite the amount of essay deadlines that seem to be designed to ruin our holidays!
With the new year, comes a few changes! We are now holding bi-elections to select new representatives for the executive positions of:
- Treasurer (1 position available)
- Social coordinator (2 positions available)
- Workshop coordinator (1 position available)
Elections will take place on Wednesday, 28th January 2015, from 10.00 to 16.00 in the A.G. Leventis Gallery, ground floor of the IoA.
ALL registered IoA MASTERS students are eligible to run and to vote and are highly encouraged to do so.
Masters students interested in running for one or more of the above positions must complete the nomination form that you will find in the file link above, in your emails or on our Facebook group page (UCL's Society for Archaeological Masters Students) and must send it to the official SAMS email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) by 11:59 PM, Sunday, January 25th, 2015.
The responsibilities and duties corresponding to each executive position are listed in the official SAMS constitution under Article IV. Rules and regulations governing SAMS elections can also be found under Article VII. The constitution is available on the SAMS Facebook group page (UCL’s Society for Archaeological Masters Students) and on our website here, under the Constitution page.
